First of all, make a list of your favorite vegetables and fruits that you buy the most and which you want to eat in a fresher and healthier version. Then see what kind of soil and weather condition those fruits and vegetables will need and choose those that are compatible with your local weather; no point of choosing a summer fruit like water melon if you live in Alaska!
